Please note, a processing fee applies to payments made online. Payments made using a credit/debit card will incur a process fee plus a percentage of the total payment amount.

The online payments are subject to fees charged by RentRedi. If you opt to pay by ACH (Checking/Savings) or Chime there is a $1.00 fee.  The credit card fee is 2.9% of the total payment amount plus $.30  Example only:  if paying rent of $100 the fee would be (100 X 2.9% = $2.90 + $.30 for a fee total of $3.20)

When mailing rents, be sure that the envelope is postmarked by the 1st of each month. You can also drop rents off during business hours (M-F 7:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.).  For after hours, there is a black metal drop box located in the front entrance by the front door and items are picked up each morning.

As a reminder rents are due the 1st of each month and late fees are initiated on the 3rd.  A $40 initial late fee and $10/day applies till paid in full.
